The PAM Wood Splitter with its own electric drive significantly increases work productivity in wood splitting compared to traditional splitters. The new design of the splitting blades allows wood to be split into four parts in its basic configuration. Additional assembly of the splitting blade extension enables splitting into eight parts with a single stroke of the hydraulic cylinder. The split wood is placed on a platform secured in a pantographic hinge which is controlled by the operator. This mechanism simplifies the alignment of the splitting blades with the wood.
